Overview
The Thrust Calculator allows you to export 5 different types of reports. All of which allow you to see your business’s travel carbon footprint in more detail. All these reports can all be downloaded directly from the Calculator in pdf format and are emailed to the email associated with your Thrust Calculator account. You can also schedule an impact report to be sent to yourself and other key stakeholders on a regular basis.
Note: All 5 report types are available for Premium Instances, whereas trial Instances only have the ability to generate an Overview Report.
1. Overview Report
Provides a summary of your total carbon emissions between set dates. Included within this report are overview graphs, equivalencies and emissions over time against your carbon target. This report is ideal if you are looking for a quick snapshot of the carbon footprint of your travel program over a set period of time.
2. Full Report
The full report is the most comprehensive report that you can download from the Thrust Calculator. All the same components of the overview report and included within the full report in addition to:
Detailed analysis into air, hotel, car and rail segments, including analysis into travel class by distance, flights vs high-speed trains and much more.
Recommendations on how to reduce emissions from your travel program.
Detailed methodology information
Extensive appendices including emission type, trip length, air carriers used and air routes.
This report is suitable for those who want to do a deep dive into the carbon emissions from the travel program.
3. Full without Appendix Report
This content of this report is identical to the full report minus the appendix. This report is suitable for those who want a comprehensive view of their travel programme’s carbon emissions but don’t need the details of carriers, trip length and air routes that come with the full report.
4. Analysis Report
The analysis report includes an overview of the carbon emissions from your travel program in addition to a detailed methodology and analysis into the different segment types. This is a shorter read than the full report, however gives you more insights into your emissions than the overview report. This report may be of interest to provide to your stakeholders who you wish to understand the methodology without giving them the tactical details of the emissions present in the Full reports.
5. Grouping Report
This report provides a summary analysis of the groupings within the instance. For example within this report you would get a breakdown of emissions per department within your company. Team leads can use this report to understand what their team's current emissions are and to see if they are on track to reach their carbon target for the year.
