Thrust Carbon are available to support Third Party Assurance of your Thrust Calculator emission calculations, however we ask that the following processes are followed to ensure we can be on hand to provide timely help.

1) Inform Thrust Carbon as soon as you are aware of your upcoming Third Party Assurance dates.

This will mean that your customer success contact can work with your to ensure your data is ready and any considerations for recalculation can be assessed ahead of time.

We require at least 2 weeks notice of upcoming assurance processes.

2) Collate queries in an easy to read format

We kindly ask that any questions from third party assurance teams are collated and provided in a clear excel document so that we can quickly add input. Where specific segments are in questions, please provide the segment ID or Record Locator.

If you need a template for collating questions please ask your Thrust Carbon contact.

3) Allow at least 1 week for responses

We understand assurance processes can be stressful, and we will do our best to turn our responses as fact as we can, however in general please allow 1 week for us to turn around responses.

4) Allow at least 1 week for any additional sample data required

Most raw sources are publicly available and linked in the methodology document. However, in a few cases, Thrust Carbon works with third parties or procures data which can be provided on a sample basis, as with above, please allow a week for this to be turned around.
